- 1 turkey piece breast or cutlet
- Fresh orange juice
- 1/2 table spoon of chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of butter
Marinade the turkey piece for at least 1/2 hr. The secret is the longer the turkey marinades the more flavor it gets.
Melt the butter on a pre headed pan and cook the turkey, if it gets dry along the way spread little marinade on the piece.
