Getting Over a Breakup

Getting over a break up really depends on 3 things.
A) How willing are you to let go  B) The length and type of relationship you had C) The Reasons of the break up and it’s a process that sometimes takes time and sometimes is just almost immediately.

So the question is How to get over a break up?

Well before I keep writing let me tell you that there’s a difference between getting over the break up and getting over your ex. You can be over the break up but not over your ex. Now getting over a break up is simply that, getting over whatever happened between you two, the reasons of the break up and the fact that you’re no longer in a relationship once you got over it you can get over your ex so it is a process.

First thing to do is to get rid of  every negative feeling you have. Disappointment, Anger, Sadness, Frustration, etc… Get a punching back if is necessary. Take the time to process all your emotions. Once you’re over your emotions and got over the break up is time to get over your ex. At this point it should be easier because you’re on non-emotional zone so do whatever you need to do to get over your ex. What I think it works the best is unfriend him because the least thing you need is to know about him when you’re trying to get over him, so the less you think about him the more and the faster you get over him.

Keep yourself busy. Make no room to think about your ex
This is my favorite because is so efficient the busier you keep the more things flow so get yourself something to do on your spare time or even better find something new and exciting a to do and have the chance to get to know new people.

Pamper yourself
Do you know that feeling of wearing a revenge dress? Makes you feel pretty damn good right, well this is your time my friend to pamper yourself and get ready to get someone else attention. So indulge yourself, make an appointment to your favorite beauty spa, go shopping, get a weekend get away with your girl friends, Make it all about yourself!

Dating therapy
Let me tell you what’s great about dating again. Every time go out on a date someone reminds you what a awesome gal you are. You meet interesting guys with potential for more dates and have a great time.
Take your time, sometimes it’s a process but once you’re out of the emotional zone everything gets easier.

Tips for a great date

You like him, He likes you, You really hit it off and had a great time. Second date is at sight.

Hmm.. I was thinking… what makes a good date even better?

Here I came up with few tips.

Golden rule:
Always take your time to get ready. This is super important because sometimes we get caught up by time, specially on a busy day so make yourself some time to prep. If you’re meeting after work take few minutes to refresh yourself and change or do whatever you need to do before going on your date.

Get yourself on a happy place.
Before going on your date relax and get yourself on a happy place so by the time you get there the only one he’s going to see is the fabulous you.

Wear your sexy underwear.
Wearing your favorite pair of sexy underwear will not only make you feel sexier but more confident.

Be open to try anything new.
Chances are that on your date you’re going to explore new places and have new exciting experiences so be open to try anything new, you are not only let him see what a cool chick you are you might find new things to do.

And those are my tips for a great date.

Man in uniform

Lately I’ve found myself fascinated by man in uniforms  but what  is it that make  man in uniform so attractive? Certainly their uniforms gives them some degree of cockiness but is it that uniforms give them some sort of status that is appealing to the sight or is the sense of safeness and authority they represent. Think about it, fire mans, police mans,chefs, doctors,paramedics,sailors, etc etc… Hmm, not only authority uniforms but stereotyped like players, musicians,anything that falls into a stereotype. I wonder if their uniforms boost their sex appeal… Would that kind of man be the same without his uniform?

I remember one time having girl talk a  friend told me “I think what makes them very attractive is that they’re always looking neat and put together and  that’s very attractive.”

Very true, I think by wearing their uniforms they’re  more confident of what they do and  that’s what makes them stand up.

Hello Ladies!

I have a very easy recipe for today and I love it because is yummy.

Easy and simple

You’ll need one Cake mix either  yellow cake or vanilla. Prepare mix according to directions. Substitute water with coffee, espresso is preference . If you used regular coffee  add more flavor to the mix by dissolving one tablespoon of instant coffee on 1  tablespoon of water and mix together. Bake according to cake mix directions and enjoy.

Top it up with cinnamon and confectioners sugar.

It’s perfect for a girl’s get together!

I was reading Us weekly and I found an article that really made me cringe. I was reading  how Ashton Kutcher cheated on his wife Demi Moore on their sixth anniversary (I know, I know old news but I was at a hospital waiting room and there was only old magazine to read) but this girl, Sarah Leal gave details of what happened between the two of them and I was shocked! Girls, if you read the interview you would be as shock as I am.

You’re all a disgrace

Cheating on someone when you’re full aware of what you’re doing is pretty nasty, without mentioning that is just wrong. Cheating on someone is never justified and is never acceptable. For those who doesn’t care is all right what goes around come around and for those who do care well…Good luck with that! It’s a shame they should have thought twice about it before they cheated. Sometimes being sorry won’t cut it. With every action it comes a reaction so Guys/Girls gotta face the consequences on your actions.

Now I’m not gonna get all judgy here because I know everyone makes mistakes but come on, Seriously…? Was it a mistake or was it on purpose?

You know that said “Once a cheater always a cheater” well I say “Once an ass always an ass” So girls if he did not know what he had or he couldn’t appreciate it some other guy will. Do you want to be with an ass? I don’t think so!

Some mistakes are on purpose, some mistakes reconciled, some mistakes are not even acceptable. Some things can get fix some things can’t. Want to make mends and reconcile? Hmm… Good luck with that my friend! because ain’t gonna be easy. It is up to the other person so forgive you but it is up to you to show how much you regret it and how much you care about forgivenes and trust. Now I wonder why are there so many nasty break ups. Poor Demi, I don’t think anyone deserves such an ass for a husband.

He’s not that hot,There’s photoshop ot those pics, He’s the average guy with a nice bod, He’ll look better without tattoes, etc… Seriouly!? Can anyone focus on that?  Nevermind his tattoes he’s drop dead gorgeous! There were a lot of questionable comments about his, ahem, manhood. Any way what it counts here is that he was willing to strip down for a photoshoot for a good cause just take a good look of the pic, like it or leave it. I don’t get why all the negative comment. I personally really enjoyed the pic.

Have I mention how much I like Forever21 before?

Lately I’ve had ring fever. I bought  this ring last week at Forever21 and I’m fascinated with it. It’s so cute!  The size of the ring is perfect for my finger the color is great and matches with almost everything. I love the contrast on white and gold.

Hello ladies,


I have something to say for today Stop obsessing with your weight!.
That’s right! please stop this unhealthy habit your ideal weight is never going to be right for you. There are a lot of factors that influence in your weight and the size you wear such as body type, bone structure, genes.
etc.

Unless you’re over weigth you shouldn’t worry about starving yourself so you can lose weight. Size zero from the runway looks anorexic and let’s be realistic if you’re curvy or full figure there’s no way you can be that skinny but that doesn’t mean you’re not. Ladies embrace that bodylicious that you got!
Size zero is not for everyone and most of the time size zero equal anorexic. So if you’re really concern about being fit just follow a balance diet, start eating healthy and start working out, remember that following healthy habits will lead you to a healthy lifestyle.

I always heard about loosing weight or dieting and what everyone does to lose weight. I’m very petite and small so I can’t lose weigth in fact i’m always trying to gain weigth or keep it up.
Being fit and healthy doesn’t measure by what size you wear so don’t stress about loosing unnecessary weight.

I really liked MORE magazine. I didn’t know about this magazine until now and I have to say that I really liked it. It has pretty good articles about wellness and style. On my personal opinion is not the kind of magazine a girl would read I mean is more for mature women on their 30s or so but what I like about it is that this magazine is very realistic talks about real women with real problems and that’s something that is worth of reading and sells. Their style is very refined and I read their beauty compliment and I loved it, it has very good and practical tips for the every day women.

I’ll say that this magazine is for the real modern women with real every day problems, is simple, chic and stylish.

Definitely worth of reading.

I would be if I were a designer and I see someone walking around with something that proclaims being mine but it is no.

If you are very desperate for attention or simply just want to be a trendsetter please do not abuse brand labels. Big no no!!!

Girls/Guys If you like custom-made go ahead, do it yourself if you want but do not fake it!!! don’t use brand labels or designer names that’s ever worst than a fake purse.

So what can we do in order to make dating something nice, pleasant and ultimately a nice experience all around? First I would say we need to love and accept ourselves. We need to be at peace and in acceptance of ourselves always aware that there’s room for improvement. After we’ve come to love and accept ourselves we have to determine what do we want exactly. Are we looking for a long term relationship? Something more casual? Just to know people? Once we have that figured out, we need to know what do we want in a person to be able to fit into what we are looking for. Be always honest with the people we meet and ask the same in return and the most important thing never settle for someone that doesn’t treat you the way you would treat yourself. Remember your worth, that you are a valuable human being, no better no worse, but valuable because of who you are.

Finding the perfect bra

The bra can be our best friend or our worst enemy! That’s why we have to find the perfect fit for and the right bra. Is not always that easy to do sometimes I just want to divorce my relationship with bras and go bra-less but we know that’s not the best option. Bras comes in many shapes and style and they don’t fit the same most of the time.

First thing to do is to know what’s you’re right size to do so measure your breast and place the tape measure  right under your arm pits, this would give you the band size, if it’s an odd number just add one number to make it even. Then measure your breast on its fullest point that’s right on the middle, this would give you the cup size. Now let’s do some math, the difference between the two measurements will give the bra size. Let’s say your first measure was 34 and your second measure was 36, that means your bra size should be 34B.

0 in AA cup
1 in A cup
2 in B cup
3 in C cup
4 in D cup
5 in DD cup

Now that you know what’s your right bra size there shouldn’t be a problem finding the perfect fit just keep in mind what is that you’re looking for on a bra. Women with a big bust should seek for support, bras with ticker straps and back crossed offers more support on the contrary girls with small bust should seek for padded or push up bras that would flatter their cleavage.

It doesn’t matter what style do you prefer the important thing is that you choose the right size to avoid any harm to the girls or any unwanted fat rolls or strech marks.

The allure of a bad boy

We all know this guy the bad boy but what’s the deal with this guy?
He’s very attractive,daring, so mysterious, rebellious, exciting, flirtatious, confident, playful, intriguing and a little bit of a challenge, he has all the traits that makes him hot plus he’s a real seductress which makes him very alluring. He is great at hooking up and most of the time he’s great in bed…oh the perfect mate for a women! But is it?

Let’s talk about this type of guys. Do bad boys finish first?

The bad boy better know as the jerk, the narcissistic, chauvinistic and selfish. They won’t commit and the only thing they care about is their own pleasure. They have no boundaries and don’t care how long they have to go to indulge themselves. This type of guy screams trouble, I can see why they’re so appealing to women. Ironically all the traits on a bad boy have its upside if they only could turn into positive.

The truth is that their confidence gravitates towards their looks and the fact that they know they’re good at what they do. Deep down they’re so shallow and they’re so insecure that they behave like jerks because that’s the only way then can get laid, acting like a jerk is their only way to get ahead. So do bad boys finish first? Yes they do! but only because that’s the only thing they’re good at and that’s the only thing they know how to do. Sadly but true!

Getting over the Holidays

Hello Girls!!

I just took all my Christmas decorations and I realize the holidays are over. Welcoming 2012 with lots to do to get back in track, this week I’ve come to realize that every year is the beginning of something exciting and new and I got a new inspiration for this time of the year. Is the beginning of the year so let’s renew our closets ladies and define our priorities.

Do you have any goals for this 2012?
I do, not just new year resolutions but I have few goals I want to achieve this year so here I can give you few tips on how to stick to your goals and achieve them.

First of all organization and discipline is very very important. I’m not the must organize person I must admit but that helps a lot and the first thing you want to do is define priorities. Once you’ve done that and have very clear what your priorities are focus on what you want to achieve and how do you want to work towards your goals.

Be patient not everything is build overnight.
