Stop obssesing with your weigth
Hello ladies,
I have something to say for today Stop obsessing with your weight!.
That’s right! please stop this unhealthy habit your ideal weight is never going to be right for you. There are a lot of factors that influence in your weight and the size you wear such as body type, bone structure, genes.
etc.
Unless you’re over weigth you shouldn’t worry about starving yourself so you can lose weight. Size zero from the runway looks anorexic and let’s be realistic if you’re curvy or full figure there’s no way you can be that skinny but that doesn’t mean you’re not. Ladies embrace that bodylicious that you got!
Size zero is not for everyone and most of the time size zero equal anorexic. So if you’re really concern about being fit just follow a balance diet, start eating healthy and start working out, remember that following healthy habits will lead you to a healthy lifestyle.
I always heard about loosing weight or dieting and what everyone does to lose weight. I’m very petite and small so I can’t lose weigth in fact i’m always trying to gain weigth or keep it up.
Being fit and healthy doesn’t measure by what size you wear so don’t stress about loosing unnecessary weight.

Oatmeal recipe
Good morning ladies!!!
I didn’t measure anything that I used but here’s what you need.
- Oatmealh
- Coconut flakes
- Almonds (crushed, halves, chopped, it doesn’t matter)
- 1 banana (chopped)
- Cinnamon
Put water to boil or milk,add cinnamon and the oatmeal. Let it boil untill oatmeal is done. Pour the oatmeal on a bowl with the toasted coconut flakes and banana. The mix gives flavor to the oatmeal so you wont notice is sugarless.
Oatmeal has many benefits for your health. It helps reduce cholesterol,helps your digestion and keeps sugar level low in blood. It’s also a good source of protein. So there you have it is yummy and healthy!

Is your job making you fat?
It happens!
How many of you gain weight while working like crazy? I been there and let me tell you that is not pleasant especially because if your working like crazy you don’t have enough time to work out so I think I just found out why do I gain weight when I’m working and here are my tips.
Dont skip breakfast
seriously, don’t ever skip breakfast because if you do then you’re going to be tempted to buy junk food on your way to work. One time might not be hurtful but if it becomes a habit then you’re in serious trouble packing up all that junk in your body.
Don’t eat under stress.
How many of you eats whenever your upset od stress? Then you know that you don’t realize how much you can eat while are under stress right, specially when you crave sweets and carbs. Instead of eating drink water when ever you feel anxious or stress. Drinking lots and lots of water will make you feel full and is healthy for your body.
Bring your own food unless there’s a place where you can eat.
If there’s not a place where you can eat bring your own food that way you can control what your eating and stay away from junk food.
Never skip a meal.
If you do then you’ll end up eating more at night right before you go to bed and your metabolism is going to slow down.
So like everything you just need a little of discipline to not gain weight.
